Hors d’ oeuvres

  • Coconut Chicken – white chicken tenders breaded with coconut and baked
  • Tomato Basil Tartlets – “most requested” bite site or 9” inch round
  • Chicken Skewers w/ cilantro cream sauce – white meat skewered and grilled served with cilantro cream sauce
  • Sausage Pinwheels – a mixture of pork sausage with spices rolled in a house made dough
  • Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes – cherry tomatoes filled with a blend of cream cheese and herbs
  • Pork loin Sandwiches on rolls – apricot or cherry glazed roasted pork tenderloin served on fresh rolls

Spoons Breakfast Buffet - Our café breakfast buffet at your place, scrambled eggs (plain and mixed with cheese), red and green peppers, biscuits, gravy, bacon, sausage and potatoes.

Breakfast Casseroles -Selections of seasonal casseroles are available either hot or cold

Amazing Breakfast Enchiladas - Flour tortillas, eggs, sausage in a white cream mixture topped with cheeses

Breakfast tacos - indvidually wrapped Spoons breakfast tacos served with Spoons Spirited Salsa

Tartlets and Quiches - Quiche Lorraine, Bacon, Spinach and Swiss cheese, Vegetables and Pepper Jack cheese, Sausage and Cheddar, Tomato and Basil with Mozzarella and Parmesean cheeses or Made to Order - let us know the combination that you would like.
